Founder and CEO of ThoughtWorld Robert ming created this mind-blowing tool as a way to reduce the clutter found on most social media platforms. The goal is to encourage honest engagement and collaboration.

Robert ming is the Founder and CEO of ThoughtWorld, and is responsible for setting the overall policy and direction for the company and the platform. His deep desire to bring people together and make the world a better place is seen not only in the platform, but also in the way he has invested his energy throughout his life. As a practicing lawyer and founding partner of Quadrant Law Group, a law firm specializing in negotiating technology contracts, Robert discovered his love for bringing people together and simplifying complex things. He used these skills politically while the mayor of Laguna Niguel, California, where he was a board member for 8 years. During this time, he also founded the Association of Cities of California – Orange County, a public policy think tank to bring together elected officials to tackle some of today’s toughest political issues. He enjoys creating safe places where people can learn and develop their minds, as he did as president of the Christian Schools in Stoneybrooke, where he served for 17 years. Together with his wife Susie, Robert is committed to creating a new world where their four children can hear and be heard without fear or violence, where they can think and understand the opinions of others and bridge the gaps between people. Sanford Cameron is the Director of Revenue. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the market research and software industries, particularly in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, as well as in the areas of financial services, consumer, retail, technology and professional services.
His career includes building successful B2B sales organizations in companies such as YouGov, Decision Resources Group (Manhattan Research), GlobalData, and Abt Bio-Pharma Solutions. He has coordinated numerous global research projects involving key opinion leaders, consumers and industry stakeholders providing actionable insights to his clients.
Sanford also has significant experience with SaaS platforms, text mining, categorization and visualization technologies, having held senior and executive positions in several start-up companies. He was also a Managing Director and Executive Vice President of HotGrinds Inc., a social media exploration and analysis company. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, sailing, skiing, traveling and the wine country (anywhere).
