This Bugatti Hyper Truck Concept is the fastest semi-fiction

The French brand Bugatti is difficult not to associate with speed. Playful speeds, of course. The brand has made a name for itself by making cars with four-digit horsepower and unbeatable top speeds.

And it’s not just on paper – a specially designed Bugatti Chiron “Longtail”, which will later officially become the Chiron Super Sport 300+ for production, broke the 300 miles per hour barrier with a record – a speed a record peak of 304.773 mph (490.484 km / h).

Now imagine if the French brand makes a semi-trailer truck, or semi, instead of exhilarating two-seater. Prathyush Devadas from the Chinese company Dongfeng did it, and this Bugatti Hyper Truck Concept in the gallery above was what he imagined a Bugatti truck to be.

To maintain Bugatti’s distinctive design, Devadas has given its iconic “C” line to the front of the truck. Interestingly, the cabin appears to be suspended inside the “C”, which gave it a front bumper that could sweep anything in front of the raging truck.

To support the weight of the payload, the Bugatti Hyper Truck Concept comes with four pairs of wheels. The trailer, however, seems a bit too curvy to maximize the volume of the payload. So if Bugatti ever plans to make one, the company should keep the rear end a little conventional for the semi-trailer truck to serve its purpose.

However, the idea of a Bugatti truck may be far-fetched at the moment, as the brand is busy making derivatives of its Chiron, but we won’t know what the future holds. Imagine a semi-300 km / h on the highway. Isn’t it awful? We can only imagine. For now, at least.
