Ariana is preparing to take on a new project as she is about to join The Voice as a full-time coach in Season 21. She will replace Nick.
It was recently announced that pop sensation Ariana Grande will be joining The voice as a full-time coach in Season 21. Ariana and the show officially made the announcement on their respective Instagram accounts on March 30. Fans were both shocked and excited by the latest addition to the coaching panel. Ariana also revealed her enthusiasm and gratitude for joining the series.
While Ariana will be joining the show, she will take the place of Nick Jonas who is currently a coach. Returning to coach alongside Ariana, longtime coach Blake Shelton as well as Kelly Clarkson and John Legend. While this isn’t Nick’s first season on the show, he, like many coaches over the years, tends to avoid coaching in previous seasons. This is often due to the busy and conflicting schedules of the artist. As Ariana is not on tour at the moment, now is the perfect time for her to embark on this new project.

Ariana isn’t the only one excited about her joining the show. His future fellow judges also shared their kind words about his addition. In fact, Blake has once joked that he can’t wait to beat her in the coming season. Blake, who always likes to joke around with his fellow judges, has seven wins to his name. He admitted, however, that Ariana could be a challenge to overcome. Similar to many artists who have coached on the show, Ariana has a fun and lively personality, which makes her an ideal person for the role. Kelly Clarkson is delighted to have another coach sitting by her side. All the returning judges welcome Ariana with open arms.

She has a real talent for knowing good music as well as talented voices. She was only a teenager when she started her music career, which gave her many years of experience on which to base her coaching.
