SARA Haines has responded to fan speculation that she is pregnant.
The View co-host opened up about expanding her family on Monday’s episode of The View: Behind the Table podcast.
Sara, 45, sat down with the show’s executive producer, Brian Teta, to recap her birthday on Monday’s episode and discuss other miscellaneous topics.
One of them was a hot topic that the panel didn’t get a chance to discuss on air, but was one of Sara’s favorites.
The TV star recalled the so-called skinny arms debate invented by Riverdale actress Lili Reinhart that circulated in the media.
Last week, the 27-year-old got candid on X, formerly known as Twitter, about her body dysmorphia, particularly on her arms.
“Has my body dysmorphia gone crazy because I feel like my arms should be half their current size?” She wrote partly Thursday.
“We’ve glamorized those skinny arms that, for most of us, can only be achieved if you’re a real teenager,” Lili added.
SHOCKING REVELATION
This prompted Sara to think about her own body insecurities growing up and how she moved away from those negative thoughts.
“I show my arms as much as possible,” the daytime TV host said.

“I think they have a Twitter account, and I didn’t create it, but I love my arms because, to me, I see the definition of the muscles,” she continued, even though Brian was more curious about the said social media account.
“I’m sorry, do your arms have a Twitter account that I didn’t know about?” Brian intervened.
Sara then revealed that she also had a page dedicated to her “pregnant belly”, although she clarified that she was not pregnant.
“My pregnant belly too, which isn’t pregnant anymore. I don’t think there have been any tweets lately, but there were a few accounts open and people were sending them to me.
“Angelina Jolie has a hot, sexy leg, and I have a pregnant belly and arms,” she joked.
BIG ANNOUNCEMENT
The idea of Sara expanding her brood has been a major topic in the media, although she attempted to shut down discussions during a previous episode of The View.
This happened while Sara and her co-hosts, Joy Behar, 80, Sunny Hostin, 54, Whoopi Goldberg, 67, and Alyssa Farah Griffin, 33, were talking about family life with their guest, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, 47 years old.
The Modern Family alum is a father of two with her husband, Justin Mitika, 37.
Sara offered Jesse some insight into being a new parent of several children, leading Joy to wonder if she would have more children.
The TV personality pretended to reveal the news of her pregnancy: “I’m here to announce it,” before quickly admitting she was joking.
Sara is already the mother of three children: Alec, seven years old; Sandra, five years old; and Caleb, three, with her husband, Max Shifrin, 40.
BABY BOMB?
Fans wondered if Sara was expecting last year after some claimed they spotted a baby bump during a live episode.
She wore a figure-hugging summer dress that showed off her seemingly distended stomach, sparking plenty of comments on social media.
“Is Sarah pregnant? Based on yesterday’s episode, I think she is!” » asked one person on an online forum.
“I’ve noticed this for a while now, but it became even more apparent while filming in the Bahamas. We’ll probably get an announcement shortly before the season ends for summer break. Maybe we’ll even find out “us who will be the new co-host.”, someone else said.
“It’s funny, my mom said she was too and I’m like ‘no, SARAH!?!’ But maybe,” one finale noted.
