The new Oppo Watch, announced by the company before its full unveiling, has an aluminum frame and a ceramic back very similar to those of Apple. The general shape and form factor of the watch looks almost identical to that of Apple’s popular smartwatch, although the Oppo watch does not have Apple’s digital crown.
But the Oppo watch has one key feature that the Apple Watch doesn’t have: sleep tracking. Competitors like Fitbit have offered native sleep monitoring features for years, but you need to install third-party apps to track your sleep on Apple’s laptop. However, Apple plans to add sleep tracking to its smart watch in 2020.
Apple’s grip on the portable clothing sector has tightened in recent years.
