Since The masked singer created in January 2019, it took the country by storm. So far there have been four seasons, a fifth currently airing, and a total of 53 stars unmasked. The show has attracted all types of celebrities, from Grammy Award-winning singers, prominent movie stars, reality stars and even athletes. The first reality show winner was rapper and producer T-Pain, who was hiding under the Monster costume. Bella Throne appeared on The masked singer season 3 in the swan costume. She sang “Fever” by Peggy Lee and “I Hate Myself for Loving You” by Joan Jett & the Blackhearts, before being eliminated. Bella is known for her days on the Disney Channel for her role as CeCe Jones on Shake it. Logan Paul: 19 million
YouTube sensation Logan Paul was exposed as Grandpa Monster in a Season 5 episode. Logan has over 19 million Instagram followers and over 22.9 million subscribers on his controversial YouTube channel. He performed “Mambo No. 5 (A Little Bit Of …)” by Lou Bega and “Bad Reputation” by Joan Jett before being unmasked. Logan debuted on the now demystified Vine app, but then made the transition to creating content for YouTube. In addition to creating videos for his channel, Logan is also a boxer.
Ninja: 14.2 million
Tyler Blevins, better known as the Ninja, appeared on The masked singer season 2 like ice cream. He only lasted one episode, where he sang “Old Town Road” by Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus and “Whip It” by Devo. With 14.2 million Instagram followers, Ninja is known as a video game streamer and professional online gamer. He also has a YouTube channel with over 24 million subscribers, where he records himself playing a multitude of different video games.
Lil Wayne: 13.2 million
Famous rapper Lil Wayne was the first to be eliminated in the first episode of The masked singer season 3, which took place right after Super Bowl 2020. He was disguised as a Robot but could only sing one song, “Are You Gonna Go My Way” by Lenny Kravitz. After being unmasked, he revealed to the judges that he decided to do the show because he and his kids loved to sit and watch. The masked singer together. Jordyn Woods: 11.8 million
Social media influencer and model Jordyn Woods has been exposed as the kangaroo on The masked singer season 3. She reached the first round of the final before being eliminated. Throughout her time on the show, she sang “Dancing On My Own” by Robyn, “You Know I’m No Good” by Amy Winehouse, “Diamonds” by Rihanna, “Not Ready to Make Nice” by The Chicks, “No Air” by Jordin Sparks and “Hot Stuff” by Donna Summer. Her 11.8 million Instagram followers come from her many branded offerings and her old friendship with Kylie Jenner.
Caitlyn Jenner: 10.8 million
Former Olympian and reality TV star Caitlyn Jenner was only there for one episode of Season 5 of The masked singer. As Phoenix, Caitlyn was able to sing Kesha’s “Tik Tok” before she was eliminated. His 10.8 million Instagram followers are from the Kardashian-Jenner clan. She was married to Kris Jenner for 24 years, with whom she had two daughters, Kylie and Kendall Jenner.
Jojo Siwa: 10.8 million
With 10.8 million Instagram followers, YouTube personality Jojo Siwa was unmasked as the T-Rex just weeks after Season 3 began. Some of the songs she listened to were “So What” by Pink, “Push It” by Salt-N-Pepa and “Jai Ho! You are my destiny” by AR Rahman and the Pussycat Dolls. Besides her YouTube channel which consists of daily videos of her daily life, she was also on the reality series Dance moms as a young girl. His fame allowed him to create music and practice his original passion, dance.
Lonzo Ball: 9.4 million
Lonzo Ball is a professional basketball player who previously played for the Los Angeles Lakers and now plays for the New Orleans Pelicans. He was unmasked as the Whatchamacallit for The masked singer season 4, but was eliminated halfway through. Lonzo chose only rap songs for his performance, such as “I Wish” by Skee-Lo, “Money Maker” by Ludacris and Pharrell and “Lean Back” by Terror Squad, Fat Joe and Remy Ma. He currently counts over 9 million followers, including famous rapper and singer Drake.
Kandi Burruss: 8.6 million
Not too far behind Lonzo is the singer / songwriter and cast member of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kandi Burruss. She was unmasked as the Angel of the Night after winning the Golden Mask trophy at the end of Season 3. Some of her performances included songs such as “You Give Love a Bad Name” by Bon Jovi, Lady Gaga’s “Million Reasons”, “Scream!” from the Isley Brothers, “Man! I Feel Like A Woman” by Shania Twain, “Last Dance” by Donna Summer and “How to Love” by Lil Wayne. Her 8.6 million Instagram followers come from her fame as a songwriter for musicians such as TLC and Destiny’s Child, as well as her popularity with RHOA.
Tony Hawk: 6.6 million
Professional skateboarder Tony Hawk was the first to be eliminated The masked singer season 3. He was unmasked as an elephant and could only sing one song, “Friday I’m In Love” by The Cure. He regularly updates his 6.6 million Instagram followers with some fun projects he has done in his life and old videos from his days as professional skateboarding.
The masked singer has hosted a variety of different celebrities over the years. Whether they are singers, actors or Internet personalities, this show welcomes them all on their stage.
