Block host Scotty Cam dropped a major bombshell on the contestants this week.
The 59-year-old said teams now have the chance to win a whopping $250,000 prize if they win Bathroom Week, which they are currently working on.
The prize will be in the form of kitchen appliances, to be used in the kitchen week, with the kitchen week coming soon.

The announcement made the contestants competitive, with Rachel, Elle Ferguson’s replacement, saying, “How funny that we’re all best friends now, but when they mention $250,000, I’m like, ‘f ** k you lot, I’m out of here!’
“It’s a very good chance to win the block,” said contestant Tom.
“Next week, you meet with the Freedom team to design your kitchens. We have Winning Appliances on board and they want to give a team a kitchen upgrade,” Scotty explained.
The prize will be in the form of kitchen appliances, to be used in the kitchen week, with the upcoming kitchen week

The 59-year-old host was dismissed by two executive producers who revealed to him that the glamorous influencers had decided to leave after just 48 hours of filming.
After hearing the stunning news, Scott informed the other contestants of Elle and Joel’s decision to leave.
“Last night I gave you all an opportunity – an outing – if you thought you couldn’t cut it on the show that you could leave if you wanted to,” the furious host began.

The pair are believed to have moved on after Joel’s mother broke her tailbone and fractured her wrist in a fall at her Adelaide home.
After their outing, Elle, 36, shared a photo on Instagram of the couple’s suitcases at Melbourne airport.
“Wherever you are in the world, whatever you are doing, family always comes first,” she captioned the image.
