Three new suitors will be looking for love in the new season of The Bachelor Australia, which has been rebranded as The Bachelors.
And one of the men caught fans’ attention on Monday due to his uncanny resemblance to rocker Machine Gun Kelly, 32.
Drummer Jed McIntosh, who will appear in the new series, shares the bleached hair, slender build, heavily tattooed skin and edgy emo look that Machine Gun Kelly, real name Colson Baker, is known for.

Many comments on The Bachelor’s official Instagram account mentioned Jed’s resemblance to the performer, also known as MGK.
“When you buy Machine Gun Kelly from Wish,” one person wrote, while another asked, “Woah how did they book Machine Gun Kelly.”
‘How did you manage to get Machine Gun Kelly? Thought he was dating Megan Fox,’ another wrote.

According to music website Big Sound Percussion, Jed is the drummer for Melbourne-based alternative pop band Mood Monroe.
He started playing drums when he was just four years old and began playing professionally at age 13.

Jed started filming at the age of 16 and soon found himself in Los Angeles, working with a variety of rising stars.

His band, Mood Monroe, was featured on Triple J’s Unearthed in 2020, where their music was described as combining “punchy energetic productions with vulnerable storytelling, reminiscent of acts like Imagine Dragons and The Weeknd.”

Jed modestly joked with The Project that he had a lot to prove on the show.
“When you’re next to two of Australia’s biggest and handsomest guys, I have to pull something out of my pocket,” he said on Monday.
Not much else is known about Jed at this point, and his Instagram page is set to private, which is a requirement for all Bachelor stars.
