There are strict rules for embracing The Bachelor, as the producers are determined to have every pash filmed.
But last year’s winning couple broke that rule, with Irena Srbinovska revealing on Wednesday that she had a secret kiss with Locky Gilbert away from prying eyes.
“Were there any off-camera moments between you and Locky that we haven’t seen?” A fan asked the 31-year-old nurse during a question-and-answer session on Instagram.

‘Yes! It wasn’t actually our first kiss, ” she replied, sharing a photo of the kiss Channel 10 described at the time as their first.
“We actually had our first off-camera kiss between scenes which was very naughty and sneaky, but we couldn’t help it.”
Irena said the lovebirds were also lucky enough to spend a lot of time together on their single dates, which allowed them to form a meaningful connection.
“Even if you see a few minutes, we’ve actually had full days,” she added.
Off camera: “Yes! It was actually not our first kiss. We actually had our first kiss off camera between scenes which was very naughty and sneaky, but we couldn’t help but, ”she said.
“And I was also the only girl who spent time alone with Locky at every cocktail,” she boasted.
Meanwhile, Locky and Irena revealed this week that they lost a child to a “few months” miscarriage in their relationship, but chose to keep it private.
They first opened up about the miscarriage in an interview with Who magazine on Thursday, admitting it was a “devastating hollow.”

Irena said the miscarriage may have been related to the stress she was going through as a result of The Bachelor.
The nurse was secretly struggling after her father, Vasco, suffered a medical emergency and she could not be with him due to the Covid border closure.
She was also dealing with trolls after Locky sadly told his The Bachelor finalist Bella Varelis that he was falling in love with her to choose Irena instead.

Locky, 30, said: “We’re just normal people and while we put ourselves in the spotlight you never know what’s going on in our lives that day.
“If you have to say something, then point it at me, not my daughter.” ”
Despite their heartbreaking setback, Locky and Irena remain hopeful of starting a family together in the near future.

How at least one in six pregnancies end in miscarriage
One in six pregnancies in women who know they are pregnant end up with a miscarriage.
But it happens even more in women who don’t know they have conceived.
Miscarriage occurs when a pregnancy is lost within the first 23 weeks of conception.
The main symptoms are bleeding from the vagina, which may be accompanied by lower abdominal pain.
There are various reasons why women can miscarry – it’s common and usually isn’t caused by something they’ve done.
If a miscarriage occurs in the second trimester – between weeks 14 and 26 – it could be a sign of an underlying problem.
Often, miscarriages are isolated events and women will have successful pregnancies.
The majority of miscarriages cannot be avoided, although being generally healthy will help reduce the risk.
Losing three or more pregnancies in a row – known as repeat miscarriages – is rare but still affects about one in 100 women.
