Jennifer Lopez is looking to cash in on her Bel Air mansion after officially listing the nine-bedroom home for a whopping $42.5 million.
The singer and actress recently tied the knot with Ben Affleck after the two officially rekindled their relationship in July 2021. From there, they announced their second engagement in April 2022, 20 years after the first, and married in Las Vegas in July 2022.
TMZ reports that Lopez and Affleck have been looking for a new home for over a year and are currently lives in a rentalbut the news of Lopez listing his property suggests they are back on the hunt.
What does Lopez Mansion offer?
Lopez first bought the property from actor Sela Ward in 2016 for $28 million, and the listing for Carolwood Estates – the brokerage firm responsible for selling the mansion – says it’s a “rare and extraordinary estate” which is “set back behind gates on eight awe-inspiring acres”.
The The estate covers approximately 14,000 square feet and contains a private beach, guest cottage, putting green, and pagoda with fire pit. An outdoor amphitheater can accommodate up to 100 people.
The main house has a double-height living room featuring a fireplace, bar and a dramatic staircase with wrought iron railings. A grand piano sits in one corner, while a separate bookcase is paneled in light wood.
The kitchen features exposed beam ceilings, a center island and a rustic chandelier. There is also a formal dining room and a chef’s kitchen with a built-in breakfast nook and stone fireplace.
The characteristics of the house multiple entertainment areaswhile upstairs houses the master suite, which includes an office and study area, as well as a massage room and guest bedroom.
As for the bedroom, it has its own fireplace, as well as its dressing rooms.
Affleck and Dunkin’ Donuts
While Lopez was busy promoting her latest film, “Shotgun Wedding,” her husband Ben Affleck has signed a multi-million dollar contract with Dunkin’ Donuts according to ET.
Affleck recently filmed a commercial for the companyand the partnership also includes a donation to the actor’s nonprofit, the Eastern Congo Initiative.
It was joined on set by Lopezwith a source claiming that they were indeed in love.
“You can really tell how special their connection is,” the source told ET. “Jen adores Ben, and they both lift up and make each other feel so happy. It’s really nice to watch.
