Five-time Caf Champions League winners TP Mazembe have unveiled their squad for the 2022/23 TotalEnergies Caf Champions League.
The DR Congo side will start their campaign in the second round and will face Ugandan champions Vipers SC who eliminated Central African side Olympique Real de Bangui 4-1 on aggregate.
The 35-man squad has featured former Africa Cup winner Rainford Kalaba, compatriot Kabaso Chongo, goalkeeper Ibrahim Mounkoro Bosso and right-back Djos Issama Mpeko.
Last season, TP Mazembe failed to qualify for the group stages after falling on the away goals rule against South African Amazulu.
Both teams drew goalless in South Africa before drawing 1-1 in Lubumbashi.
The Moise Katumbi-funded side are currently camped out in Zambia and will face the Venoms on the weekend of September 7-9 at St. Mary’s Stadium, Kitende before hosting the second leg.
