Start by making a list of what you need on your table and what you might be without. For me it’s cranberry sauce, green beans, and something involving corn. For others, it may mean an extra-rich mac and cheese or cornbread or a stuffing or platter full of crispy Brussels sprouts. Of course, if you must have it all, you may need to cut back on some recipes – luckily ours has a scaling function!
