Tentacle Sync released a more affordable version of TRACK E. I reviewed the system, and I really like it. Check out the review for all the details.
The TRACK E basic box is a simplified version of the original. It has all the same features but does not come with any accessories. It includes a TRACK E pocket audio recorder, belt clip and charging cable. That’s it.
The Basic Box retails for €249.00 or US$265.

As you can see, one of the main missing accessories is the micro lav. I can do without it because I have a COS 11 with 3.5mm connectors which will work fine with the TRACK-E. What’s great is that they’ve included the excellent Tentacle Sync Studio (macOS) software to sync audio with video. It works well and is fast.
Unfortunately, the supply chain issue, while improving, is still a problem, therefore, the new TRACK E Basic Box is out of stock for six weeks.
