Taylor Swift’s ‘Evermore’ Joins Exclusive Club As It Hits Milestone – Forbes

Taylor Swift fans are doing what they can to prepare for her new album The Department of Tortured Poets, which should arrive in just under a month. Ahead of this exciting new release, his followers around the world continue to purchase and stream his past projects, and in large numbers too.

Always, one of Swift’s two albums in 2020, has now been on the UK albums chart for 150 weeks, as of this period. This is his fifth set to reach this milestone, but it certainly won’t be his last.

This week, Always improves compared to the previous period. The set goes from No. 41 to No. 38. It entered the top 40 again, once again becoming a successful album in the United Kingdom.

Swift’s longest-running album in the UK remains 1989. This set – which is also still present on the countdown – now lives in the ranking of the most consumed feature films for 347 images. This will surely be his first to reach 350 rounds in less than a month.

Lover ranks as Swift’s second longest-charting album in the UK. This purely pop set has been on the list for 222 weeks. It is followed by Reputation (157 images) and Folklore (191).

Always was another huge commercial success for Swift when she unveiled it in December 2020. It appeared with very little warning and served as a sequel of sorts to Folklorearrived a few months ago.

So far, Swift has racked up 11 No. 1 albums in the UK, including Always. She will almost certainly increase that number to a dozen in about a month when The Department of Tortured Poets made records all over the world.
