The surprise double album grossed 439,000 equivalent units in the United States during the tracking week of April 26 to May 2, according to Laminate.

The equivalent album units are 83 percent lower than what the album scored when it debuted at the top of the chart the previous week.

The 31-track double album generated 428.54 million official on-demand streams.

Swift released her highly anticipated album via Republic Records on April 19, and within days, it became the best-selling album of 2024 with 1.914 million units sold.

While the first volume features collaborations with Post Malone and the English indie rock band Florence + the Machine, the second volume contains 15 additional songs, four of which are previously announced physical bonus tracks. “Fortnight”, featuring Malone, was named the album’s lead single.

Written and produced by Swift, Jack Antonoff And Aaron Dessnerthe 31-track double album clocks in at over two hours of playtime in total.

The Department of Tortured Poets is the singer-songwriter’s eleventh studio album and her fifth studio album in less than five years.
