Swifties eagerly await Taylor Swift’s 2023 Tour of eras. Swift blessed them with a surprise appearance at the 2022 MTV EMAs today (November 13) — of course, it’s the 13th — in Dusseldorf, Germany. The global superstar is up for six awards.
Swift is nominated in the Best Video and Best Long Form Video categories for her Too good: the short film, which yesterday celebrated its first anniversary. His other nominations are for Best Artist, Best Pop, Biggest Fans, and Best American Act.
Swift last made a surprise appearance at the August 2022 MTV VMAs, where she won awards for Best Long Form Video and Video of the Year. While accepting the latter, she revealed that her “brand new album” would be released on October 21. We now know that this album was Midnightsthe biggest release of Swift’s burgeoning career – debuting at No. 1 and cementing Swift as the first-ever artist to hog the top 10 of Billboardis hot 100.
Swift announced The tour of eras on hello america at the beginning of this month. The stadium’s ambitious run is set to begin March 17, 2023 at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. This is the same venue that hosted Swift’s 2018 debut show Reputation Stadium Tourhis last tour.
The MTV EMAs will be available to stream on Paramount+ on Monday, November 14.
