Bay Area Taylor Swift fans will get another chance to see the megastar’s highly anticipated The Eras Tour when it comes to Santa Clara next summer. The “Anti-Hero” singer announced Friday that she has added another date at Levi’s Stadium, home of the San Francisco 49ers.
Swift’s Levi’s Stadium shows are scheduled for Friday, July 28 and Saturday, July 29.
The Eras Tour will be Swift’s first tour since 2018’s Reputation Stadium Tour. and “Midnights,” which dropped last month. She also reissued two of her previous albums, “Fearless (Taylor’s Version)” and “Red (Taylor’s Version)”.
Both Santa Clara shows will feature two openings: singer-songwriter Gracie Abrams, daughter of director JJ Abrams, and rock trio Haim.
The summer of 2023 is shaping up to be a peak season for concerts. Swift also added another date in Los Angeles, the only other California stop on her upcoming tour. The singer is now set to play three shows at SoFi Stadium from August 3-5.
Tickets for the Santa Clara shows aren’t on sale yet, but Ticketmaster has launched a landing page for its Verified Fan presale program. Registration does not guarantee a ticket, but rather offers a chance to access early bird tickets on November 15. (Fans can register anytime before November 9 to qualify.)
