Tammy Hembrow was spotted running errands on the Gold Coast on Tuesday amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The 25-year-old woman cut a relaxed figure by day, showing off her toned legs in a pair of denim shorts.

It comes after the mother of two alluded to fears of the coronavirus last week when she told fans to take their health “seriously”.

During the day, the blonde bottle paired her shorts with an oversized white T-shirt that hid her muscular figure.

The all-new Instagram sensation completed her look with brown socks and black and white sneakers.

She wore natural looking makeup during the day and pulled her long locks back and across her face, fixing her hair with 90s style pliers.

Tammy looked relaxed as she jumped out of her Mercedes-Benz SUV.

Last Friday, Tammy alluded to the spread of the coronavirus in a sponsored article for the best protein proteins for women.

Although she did not explicitly mention COVID-19, she alluded to the global pandemic in her legend.

She wrote: ‘More important than ever to take your health seriously! It’s never too late to start and once you do, it becomes addictive because it’s so good (drinking my vegan protein @womensbest here that I have about twice a day).

The message was accompanied by two photos of Tammy wearing a short white t-shirt and skinny sports shorts while holding a protein shake for women.

The businesswoman, who has 11 million followers on Instagram, earns $ 45,000 per month for the promotion of the sports nutrition brand.
