She is the fitness entrepreneur who often shares her grueling workouts with her dedicated fan base on Instagram.

And on Sunday, Tammy Hembrow showed off the fruits of her labor in two sizzling photos posted on the social media site.

Posing by the pool in her Gold Coast mansion, the 25-year-old revealed her washboard stomach, skinny legs and behind in a tiny tropical print bikini.

In one photo, Tammy bowed over her iPhone, drawing attention to her curvaceous figure.

She swept her wavy blond locks mostly over one shoulder, and her makeup included defined eyebrows, strands of mascara, and a pink color on her plump pout.

For a second shot, Tammy stood with her back to the camera, focusing on her improved rear legs and defined.

She ran her hands playfully through her hair, and her face was darkened.

Tammy, who runs a fitness app and a sportswear line, has worked hard for her success.

She revealed in her podcast, Hanging With The Hembrows, in January, that she previously worked in telemarketing positions and in a hamburger chain.

Instagram sensation said she used to be yelled at when dealing with disgruntled customers during her time in telemarketing.

“I just got yelled at all the time. I literally cried after work, ” said Tammy laughing.

Talking about her fast food job, she said: “ The grilled food was also very bad, making burgers, but I got free burgers and they were delicious. ”
