This horse trained by Harry Fry won well at Taunton against The Two Amigos and that form worked quite well with this horse eventually winning a grade 3 and Chepstow over a 3m6f stretch.
Revels Hill hasn’t fared so well since moving to Class 2, but has never been dishonored by a losing streak by a few lengths against top class horses.
Including when you step back considerably in distance and seem ready to have that 3m extension in the bag to get back to the class 3 sphere.
Running tips in Huntingdon
3.00: rare edition 10/11
It’s pretty open this little field of five as two of these novice hurdles seem to be the ones to beat but if there is significant improvement from the outsiders including 2nd year runner Ginny’s Destiny then the favorite bet can be discovered.
But, Rare Edition has shown a clear winning mentality in its last four races, jumping very well and doing it with plenty in hand at every stage of the class.
He defied a double penalty last time out at Kempton and won by seven lengths in a Class 2 on Boxing Day.
It really indicates that more is to come and explains favoritism this time around, would be dangerous against but Ginny’s Destiny provides more form at this level if that’s an issue.
Ffos Las Race Tips
2.33: Heltenham 13/8
The form has read 32221, with the last three runs its first on the fences and has clearly adapted to hunting well and is improving now.
Heltenham beat Just Don’t Know on Boxing Day who went on to win at Kelso and then placed well in a Class 2.
Suggests there could be more to this six-year-old for a fit yard.
