Election of directors
The six (6) nominees listed in TAG Oil’s management information circular dated November 2, 2022 proposed by management for election to the Board of Directors at the Meeting have been duly elected. The directors will hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders of the Company or until their successors are elected or appointed.

Appointment of statutory auditors
The shareholders appointed Deloitte LLP as the auditor of the Company for the coming year and authorized the directors of the Company to fix the remuneration of the auditor.
Approval of the stock option plan
The Company’s Incentive Stock Option Plan and its amendments were approved by shareholders, with 74.22% of the shares represented at the Meeting voting in favour.
