Strictly Come Dancing’s 10th live show in the series hit BBC One on Saturday night, with the remaining six couples hoping to set the dance floor on fire ahead of next week’s semi-final.
After giving it their all at the Blackpool Tower Ballroom last week, the celebrities learned a new routine again as things kicked into high gear.
Will Mellor and Nancy Xu were the first couple to perform, dancing the Charleston. The pair wore matching black suits, with professional Nancy in neon pink and yellow stripes while actor Will had blue and yellow stripes.

Host Tess Daly first went to Chief Justice Shirley Ballas for her comments, with Shirley saying: ‘Well first of all Will, coming out of Blackpool you never quite know what to expect. Coming out today, everything worked fine for you. The choreography was brilliant and you didn’t miss a lift. Well done. ‘
Anton Du Beke told the pair: “I think it was one of your best performances on the show. You commit to every move, you nail every move.
While Craig Revel Horwood said, “I thought your free arm could be a little more placed. The pivot was fantastic. Well done!’

Motsi Mabuse said: “If we set the standard for tonight we have a very big problem because it was fast, it was fluid, the energy between you guys was amazing.”
The pair scored 38 out of 40, with two 10s from Shirley and Motsi, while Craig and Anton gave them nines.
Television Molly Rainford and her partner Carlos Gu were the next to perform after taking part in the dance last week against outgoing couple Tyler West and Dianne Buswell.

Former Britain’s Got Talent contestant Molly and Carlos danced the tango over the weekend. Molly looked sensational as she showed off her midriff in a sequined red crop top and matching side slit skirt.
Anton told them after their performance: “The thing about you is that you are a very good dancer, but you don’t show it to us… today was the first time that you were really letting us see it… Molly, now you’re ‘talking!’
Craig said: “I loved the amount of aggression, the storytelling was brilliant and it had power. It was great.
Motsi added: “What I really like about you two is that, Carlos, you challenge her.” We knew from day one that she had talent but there was so much great content… She’s the attacking Molly we want to see. Well done girl.
Shirley said: “Week after week you’ve been in the bottom two and you’re fighting… There was great footwork, the passion between you was absolutely divine.” You did a brilliant choreography this week.
Giving the pair their scores, Craig gave them an eight and Motsi, Shirley and Anton all gave them nine each, meaning their score totaled 35 out of a possible 40.
It comes after Kym Marsh tested positive for Covid, forcing her and professional partner Graziana Di Prima to withdraw from competition this weekend.
A spokesperson for Strictly told MailOnline: ‘Kym Marsh has tested positive for Covid-19. As a result, Kym and Graziano will not be participating in Strictly Come Dancing this weekend.
“Strictly Come Dancing protocols mean all is well, they’ll be back the following week.”

It is claimed that Kym struggled to keep dancing, prompting the producers to comfort her as she calmed down, and a few hours later she spoke again during the live show and finished her dance.
Former Hear’Say singer Kym added: “I’ve always suffered from panic attacks. It’s something that I don’t mind talking about because I know it can affect anyone. anyone at any time.
“Sometimes it’s been ages (since an attack) and then all of a sudden you hit.
“Everyone thinks because you’re on TV you have to be incredibly confident, but the truth is I’m not always and that’s how it comes out.”

She added that she did not know what caused the panic attack, speculating it could have been due to the judges’ harsh comments combined with the fact that she had also worked at other jobs, leaving her feeling emotional and exhausted. .
Kym said she “completely lost confidence” and “went down”, admitting she couldn’t see how she could continue the show.
Although she went to therapy in an effort to reduce her anxiety, Kym said it could still “seep” onto her.
Meanwhile, Kym and Graziano earned 31 points for their Snow Patrol American Smooth to Chasing Cars on the show’s eighth episode, which she dedicated to her late son Archie.
He died of premature birth in February 2009.

Judge Motsi Mabuse said: “The message you tried to get across, the fragility and vulnerability got through, it was so clear.” It started so well, I don’t know what happened. There was a sudden shift in energy and I don’t know why. It had a great ending and it started out so wonderfully.
Strictly Come Dancing continues on BBC One at 7.15pm on Sunday – when another couple will be knocked out of the competition.
