Stan Original Love Triangle Dating Series: Meet the Cast

The cast of Stan’s steamy new dating show, Love Triangle, has been revealed.

Created by the producers of Married At First Sight, Love Triangle follows a group of singles who are challenged to think outside the box and choose a mate who may not be their idea of ​​a “perfect mate”.

Ahead of its October 6 premiere, Stan has now revealed a look at the sassy singles set to star Australia’s hottest new dating show.

Kyle

Described as a “down-to-earth tradie”, Kyle is a 30-year-old bachelor who hopes to find happiness forever.

Based in Townsville, Queensland, Kyle works for his family business and is known for his dry sense of humor.

Kyle was in a long-term relationship throughout his 20s, but has since found himself single and desperate to settle down.

Lisa

Western Australian bombshell Lisa loves sex, and she’s not afraid to say it.

She is described as being “choosy, outspoken, funny and honest”, and needs a partner who loves sex as much as she does.

The 32-year-old, who works in accounts payable, has been single for ten years and dreams of marriage and children.

Yannick

Yannick (aka Yan) is a skilled sports lawyer who says he has no trouble attracting women.

Described as “charming, dynamic and outgoing”, the 30-something has struggled to find love in the past and yearns for something more permanent.

Madi is on her toes when it comes to dating after a string of failed dating app experiments, but hopes to finally break the cycle on Love Triangle.

Newly divorced tech guy Alex, 31, is described as a “nice guy”, sensitive and romantic.

After the breakdown of his ten-year marriage, the handsome Victorian says he finds modern dating confronting but is desperate for his next relationship will be his last.

Alex is proud of his gentlemanly ways and enjoys the courtship stage of a new relationship.

The Australian-born Vietnamese counselor typically dates Asian men, but is open to expanding her horizons on Love Triangle.

Described as “a funny, small and playful pocket rocket”, Ly is sure to make a splash on the show.

Love Triangle challenges a group of singles to think about what their ideal partner should look like and date someone they’ve never seen before.

In an explosive twist, participants can text and call their potential partners as they get to know each other, but are now allowed to see what they look like until they go to a blind date.

After meeting, the newly formed couples are then forced to move in together before a hair-raising twist creates chaos in the group.

The first two episodes of the eight-part dating series will air October 6, with new episodes to follow every weekly Thursday on Stan.

“Love Triangle represents an exciting next step for Stan as we continue to grow our production of Stan Originals, leveraging the proven pedigree of 9Network and the extraordinary creators of Married at First Sight to deliver a sensational new dating format. It’s going to be a must-watch reality TV event,’ said Cailah Scobie, Stan’s Chief Content Officer.

The Stan Originals series is produced by Endemol Shine Australia in conjunction with Nine Network.

With Tara McWilliams, Chief Content Officer of Endemol Shine Australia, and John Walsh of Nine, both executive producers of Married At First Sight Australia since its inception in 2015, the show is set to be a surefire hit.
