First, Sophia said she was still happy, adding that she felt safe with who she was.

Next, the Two Women star said to make sure to talk and stay in touch with her family.

The third lesson she learned is that she tries to savor every moment, even the little ones like to taste chocolate.

Another lesson is to avoid negative thoughts: “If you’re healthy and doing something you love, you can’t think, ‘God, tomorrow I’m going to die!’

Sophia enjoys watching movies, working and going to church.

Fifth, you need to age naturally, as she said, “Why change your body and be someone else if you’re happy inside? I never thought about it – ever. I like what I have. I love myself!’

And finally, you have to accept things as they are: “I was very sad when my husband died, because you never recover from that kind of feeling.

She added: “Never. Every time you think about it, there’s a moment of loneliness, which is very strong, but that’s life.
