Sony’s Play at Home 2021 event will feature multiple games for free on March 25 – XDA Developers

Sony is offering free games to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PSVR owners on March 25 as part of its Play at Home 2021 initiative. The company has already been offering Ratchet & Clank for free since the beginning of March and has now listed many new games that will be available soon.

Starting March 25 at 11:00 p.m. EDT (8:00 a.m. PDT, 3:00 a.m. GMT), Sony will begin offering new PS4 titles, including Abzu, Enter the Gungeon, Rez Infinite, Subnautica and The Witness, as well as games. PSVR including Astro Bot Rescue Mission, Moss, Panpan and Paper Beast. These games will be available to PlayStation owners until April 22 at 11:00 p.m. EDT (8:00 p.m. PDT, 3:00 a.m. GMT). As an added bonus, Sony will also be offering Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition on PS4 and PS5 from April 19 at 11 p.m. EDT (8 p.m. PDT, 4 a.m. BST) through May 14.

The Play at Home initiative was first announced last year in April, just as the Covid-19 pandemic was reaching its peak. With people around the world taking precautions while staying indoors, Sony had two main motivations with its program: to provide free games to help entertain the PlayStation community at home, and to create a fund to help small independent game studios. who might encounter financial difficulties.
