Sony Pictures Networks (SPN) has announced that it has secured the exclusive television rights to broadcast the India Tour of Bangladesh 2022. According to the company, the series will add to the non-stop cricket action on Sony Sports Network, a-t -he adds.

We are pleased to note that Sony Sports Network has acquired the broadcasting rights for the India Tour of Bangladesh 2022, said Nizam Uddin Chowdhury, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bangladesh Cricket Board. “Sony Sports Network is among the leaders in the industry, and the broadcast quality and standards will suit a highly anticipated series like this,” he added.

From December 4, 2022, the Indian cricket team will travel to Bangladesh led by Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul. The Team India roster will include players such as Virat Kohli, Shikhar Dhawan, Rishabh Pant and Mohammed Shami among others. The tour would feature three one-day internationals (ODIs) and two Tests, before preparing to face Sri Lanka in January 2023.
