Sony launches an improved camera

Sony Middle East and Africa, in partnership with Kontakt Pro Nigeria Limited, has launched Sony Cinema Cameras in Lagos.

During the exhibition, product presentations and discussions with Sony experts from the UAE and Japan, the company announced the arrival of its latest addition to the brand’s cinema lineup, the FX30.

Arvin Orsua, director of product marketing at Sony Middle East and Africa, said Sony is committed to “making life easier for a cinematographer”.

According to Orsua, Sony delivers on its promise to meet creators’ needs with camera features that make operation simple and output exceptional.

Nigeria’s National Product Marketing Manager, Ms. Bukola Oloyede, explained that the company is dedicating the new product to the next generation of film storytellers.

She urged everyone to become a member of the Alpha Universe platform because “it is a great resource to provide members with access to more peering reviews, educational content, talent showcases and information on Sony’s growing influence, product range and competitive pricing, not just in Nigeria. but throughout the Middle East and Africa region.

According to Orsua, Nigeria needs a conducive business environment and access to credit which would have a positive impact on sales and the business environment.

“We hope the market will become more conducive for those who want to buy the camera. In other countries, filmmakers can buy cameras on credit and pay gradually, with low interest on loans. These things affect us in Nigeria.

The release says Sony has worked with the creative community by providing support and providing tools made by filmmakers for filmmakers.
