Mauricio Pochettino has branded Chelsea’s penalty line ‘unacceptable’.
The Blues secured an emphatic 6-0 victory over Everton in a match which will go down as their biggest victory of the campaign so far.

However, that scoreline was overshadowed by a row in the build-up to Cole Palmer’s penalty in the second half.
Already 4-0 down at the time, Palmer held the ball as he looked to score his fourth of the match, before Noni Madueke and Nicolas Jackson attempted to snatch the ball away from him.
Jackson in particular looked furious at not being allowed to take the spot-kick, with captain Conor Gallagher forced to intervene as Palmer pushed the striker away.
Luckily for Palmer, the 21-year-old was able to return home easily to avoid any further drama to the situation.
Although very happy with the result, Pochettino showed frustration after the match and said it was due to his disappointment over the penalty incident.
Speaking to talkSPORT, Pochettino said: “I’m so upset, very disappointed.
“We were talking in the locker room after the match.
“It’s so disappointing, I can’t accept this type of behavior because we know the penalty taker is Palmer, the players know it and we can’t accept this kind of thing.

“I told them that this is the last time I want to see this type of behavior on the pitch because after this kind of performance we cannot show a different way of thinking about the team.
“The penalty taker is Palmer. It’s Palmer who has to decide. If he wants to give the penalty to someone else, it’s up to him.
“I think it’s important to correct the image we gave and I think they realize that now. I can promise it won’t happen again.”
Palmer was asked about the incident on Sky Sports and said: “Other players wanted to take it, which is understandable.
“The match was 4-0, but it was me who took the penalty and I wanted to take it and so I took it.
“I think we’re just showing that everyone wants to take responsibility. The argument might have been a little over the top, but everyone wants to win and help.
“It’s nothing serious, we were laughing and joking about it but the gaffer has spoken to us about it now.”
