Taking to Instagram on Monday, the 82-year-old musician posed wearing his negative test as a badge of honor while thanking fans for their patience.

He raised one hand in peace while using the other to open his jacket and expose the home testing kit he wore around his neck.

Sir Ringo captioned the snap: ‘On the road again I’ll see you in Seattle Tuesday the 11th Wednesday in Portland I’m negative peace and love everyone thanks for waiting.’ Ringo. ✌️❤️✈️☮️.’

It comes a week after Ringo and his band All-Starr were forced to cancel further shows in Canada as he battled the virus.

They pulled out of performances at Four Winds Casino in New Buffalo, Michigan, and Mystic Lake Casino in Prior Lake, Minnesota, citing illness.

A statement said: “Ringo hopes to resume as soon as possible and is recovering at home. As always, he and the All Starrs send peace and love to their fans and hope to see them back on the road soon.

The five canceled Canadian shows included Winnipeg, Saskatoon and Lethbridge, as well as arenas in Abbotsford and Penticton.

It was confirmed at the time that Sir Ringo’s tour would remain on hold while he recovers.

The Beatles legend pulled out of a concert at New Buffalo’s Four Winds Casino just hours before taking the stage.

The band’s spokesperson previously said Ringo does not have COVID-19.

One of the spectators told TMZ he went to the management of the Four Winds Casino and asked them why the show was banned, and was told that Sir Ringo was ill but would not go any further. .

The nine-time Grammy winner and his All Starr Band concluded the first leg of their Spring 2022 Tour on June 26 in Clearwater, Florida.

The tour – postponed from 2020 due to the pandemic – resumed September 23 in Bridgeport, Connecticut and was scheduled to end October 20 in Mexico City.

In July, Sir Ringo celebrated his 82nd birthday by hosting his annual Peace and Love party in Beverly Hills, California.

Sir Ringo’s birthday party came just weeks after he made history as the first member of The Beatles to auction off a collection of NFT digital artwork.

$1,000 was the starting bid for the Englishman’s five pieces – Galaxy One, Galaxy Two, Bandana Man, Starr Art and Crash – which include short animated videos featuring his drumming.

“I’ve always wanted to be a drummer, but you never know where a new idea or a new path will take you,” Sir Ringo (born Richard Starkey) said in a statement.

‘This new technology is so outdated that it inspired me and I loved creating these NFTs combining my art and music. Who would have thought that I would spread peace and love in the metaverse.

A portion of the proceeds benefited the Lotus Foundation, an organization aimed at advancing social welfare in areas such as drug addiction, cerebral palsy, brain tumors, cancer, battered women and their children, the sans -shelter and needy animals.
