‘Give thanks for love’: Sir Paul McCartney beams alongside wife Nancy Shevell as he shares sweet Thanksgiving selfie
Sir Paul McCartney took to Instagram on Thursday to celebrate Thanksgiving with his wife Nancy Shevell.
The Beatles star, 80, looked age-defying as he shared the sweet selfie with his 3.9 million followers – which showed him taking a stroll outdoors with his New York native wife.
Despite being from Liverpool, the musician proved he was celebrating the American holiday by writing that he was “thanking for the love”.

Paul was dressed comfortably in a black t-shirt and zip-up hoodie, shielding his eyes with a pair of black sunglasses.
As Nancy wrapped an arm around her beay, sporting a black zip-up sports top and matching black sunglasses.
The pair both had glowing complexions, Nancy’s brunette locks pulled back into a low ponytail.
“Give thanks for love – Paul ❤️ #Thanksgiving #HappyThanksgiving,” Paul wrote.

Nancy is Paul’s third wife, having said “I do” to his first wife Linda in 1968, remaining married until her death from breast cancer at age 56 in 1998.
The couple shared four children, Mary, Stella, James and Heather, Linda’s daughter from a previous relationship, whom Paul legally adopted.
He then began a relationship with Heather Mills in 2000, marrying two years later – before a messy divorce in 2008.
But finally getting his happily ever after with Nancy, the couple’s wedding had a special meaning – taking place in the same place as Paul’s wedding to Linda.
Nancy is the Vice President of her family transportation company, the Shevell Group. She first crossed paths with Paul over 20 years ago when they both owned homes in the Hamptons.
The legendary music star dated the businesswoman for four years before their intimate wedding, where they hosted 30 guests, including Beatles bandmate Ringo Starr.

Recently, Paul bumped into John Lennon lookalike son Julian at JFK airport in New York City, sharing a selfie with his former bandmate’s son, Julian Lennon.
Julian, 59, took to Twitter to share the photo, shocked at the chances of crossing paths – which comes just weeks away from the 42nd anniversary of his father’s death.
He wrote in his caption, “It’s amazing who you meet in an airport lounge!” None other than Uncle Paul…. So, so adorable, and what are the odds… Grateful…. ❤️.’
