Simon has been causing concern lately with his dramatically different facial features, notably looking unrecognizable in a promo for Britain’s Got Talent.
The label boss raised concerns with his “unrecognizable” appearance at the Royal Variety Performance, which was filmed on December 2 and aired on ITV later that month.

Holy moly! Lately, however, Simon has been causing concern with his dramatically different facial features, notably looking unrecognizable in a Britain’s Got Talent promo.
As Simon introduced BGT winner Axel Blake, he left viewers distracted by his impossibly smooth face, which may have been the result of cosmetic surgery, with one asking: “What the hell is ‘he did himself?”.
The record producer had previously raised concerns with his appearance and, taking to Twitter, one viewer wrote: “I just saw Simon Cowell on the Royal Variety show what the hell happened does?”.
While another added: ‘WTF did you do that to your face boy? and a third added: ‘Simon Cowell needs to stop doing facelifts!’
Agree, a fourth commented: ‘Flicked during football halftime and it was George Michael’s Simon Cowell who ordered Wish on stage’.
Another said: “Simon Cowell had a ‘little job’ done” and quipped: “What happened to Simon Cowell?”.
He previously caused concern among fans in a promotional video shared on social media early last month.
The TV mogul looked unrecognizable as he sported an incredibly smooth complexion, sparkling white teeth and enhanced features.
Simon recently revealed he’s taken his love of Botox too far, with his final treatment leaving him looking like ‘something out of a horror show’.
According to The Sun, the talent show boss said he decided to quit when his odd appearance left his eight-year-old son Eric in a fit of hysterics.
The former X Factor judge, who shares his son with partner Lauren Silverman, 44, revealed that he has no filler on his face as a result.
There’s no doubt that BGT fans were eager to find out who would make up the final judging panel, following the departure of David Walliams.
Bruno Tonioli seems to be the name on everyone’s lips after Alan Carr was supposed to take on the role.
On Monday, it was claimed that Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon were refusing to sign contracts for the show’s final series.

Who will it be? There is no doubt that BGT fans were eager to find out who would make up the final judging panel, following the departure of David Walliams.

Legs for days! Simon’s co-judge Amanda Holden was also seen arriving for the auditions, sporting a leggy display in a plunging pale blue blazer dress

Giggling: Meanwhile, host Ant McPartlin was mobbed by the crowd as soon as he arrived, which amused him the most
The duo are said to be furious that Bruno will see his new salary match theirs – around £850,000.
According to The Sun, Amanda and Alesha have sent the latest series into chaos with bosses scrambling to secure TV favorites before filming begins in London next week.
A source told the publication: “Amanda has been on BGT for 17 years, while Alesha is entering her eleventh year. They don’t think it’s fair that a newcomer can come on the show and receive the same contract as them.”
“It’s a bit of a headache for BGT given that filming for the next series begins at the London Palladium on Tuesday.”
“Bruno was still settling his contract on Friday as well, so it all depends on the wire.”
MailOnline has contacted representatives for Amanda, Alesha and ITV for comment.
It comes after it was reported that Bruno would triple the salary he received on Strictly Come Dancing by joining the ITV judging panel.
Former judge Strictly Bruno replaces David Walliams who left the show last year after ITV bosses who wanted comedian Alan Carr were rejected by boss Simon Cowell.
Bruno, who would be ‘delighted’ to return to UK primetime Saturday night TV, will now eclipse his former Strictly co-stars’ pay by three times.
Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel-Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke would all earn £250,000 per series on the Strictly jury.
This follows a battle between Bruno – a close friend of Simon – and comedian Alan for the role. Show judges Alesha and Amanda learned the identity of their new colleague last week.
According to the Daily Mail’s Katie Hind, Bruno has yet to sign the contract, but he was officially offered the job following a standoff between ITV and the BGT boss, who insisted that he got the part after David left.
Alan, 46, is said to be “devastated” to have lost the job he thought was his.
