The actress told TMZ about multiple sclerosis and revealed that she hoped to start playing again while fighting her condition because there was room for everyone.

She said, “I’m really fine. In public, I’m just a little overstimulated so it may seem like I’m not doing this well but I can do well.

The storytelling star publicly disclosed her diagnosis of MS in October 2018, but had experienced symptoms in the previous five years.
For years, Selma thought she was suffering from minor illnesses or perhaps from a pinched nerve.
Doctors further delayed diagnosis, attributing her symptoms to the stress of being a single mother.
Since being diagnosed, she has remained open to her difficulties in getting around and raising awareness, and often walks with a cane for help.
Two months ago, Selma flew abroad to complete a hematopoietic stem cell transplant course and documented some of the difficult side effects among fans, including the loss of her hair.
The star revealed that the resulting chemotherapy meant she had lost her hair and posted a snapshot of her look after she finally left the hospital.
