Selena Gomez fans who haven’t seen her Apple TV+ documentary yet my mind and me or fans who want to relive it are in luck: On Thursday (Dec. 1), the multi-hyphenate shared a cinematic version of his documentary’s accompanying title track, which features several intimate scenes from the film.

The video kicks off with Gomez sitting in front of a grand piano, gently playing the keys to the song. Snaps of her recording the track, in addition to snippets of her travels, live concerts, and interactions with friends, fans, and family, follow in rapid succession until the video ends.

“My mind and I/We don’t get along sometimes/And it gets hard to breathe/But I wouldn’t change my life/And all the crashes and burnin’ and breakin’, I know now/If anybody see me like that, then they won’t feel alone now / My mind and me, ”sings the thirty-something on the chorus of the introspective track.

Gomez spoke with Billboard at the documentary’s red carpet premiere and revealed that she was initially hesitant to release the project on more than one occasion.

“I was going to release this documentary several times and it never really went well,” the star said. “Then the pandemic hit and a lot of people started having conversations about mental health, isolation, people feeling depressed or anxious – never had those feelings before but now. I just hope it continues into something like a conversation that people use to help later.
