Sean Penn has been busy during the pandemic, helping administer COVID tests across the country.
But the two-time Oscar winner is enjoying his free time, as he distances himself from friends.
He cut a cool look in a black bomber jacket on Monday, as he enjoyed coffee and a cigarette with a pal in the parking lot of the Brentwood Country Mart in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The 60-year-old layered the jacket over a printed t-shirt with a pair of gray pants and white sneakers.
He smoked a cigarette while sitting in the tailgate of his gray van, with a magnetic sticker from his Community Organized Relief Effort (CORE) organization.
Penn was joined by a friend, as they were having lunch on opposite sides of the tailgate, making sure to keep their distance.
They appeared to be on hiatus from another community outreach event, as CORE was offering free COVID testing during the pandemic.

The milk star’s organization launched its first free drive-thru test site in Los Angeles in March, and since then it has administered more than 3.3 million tests across the country.
He has since managed to tie the knot, tying the knot with 28-year-old Leila George, returning in late July, after starting dating in 2016.
Penn confirmed the news on Late Night with Seth Meyers: “ We had a COVID wedding. By that I mean he was a county commissioner for Zoom and we were at home with my two kids and his brother, and we did it that way.
