Members of the Everton hierarchy were recently told to stay away from Goodison Park
Everton’s past appointments were joined by chairman Bill Kenwright in their first chat with the media.
However, talkSPORT understands the Toffees hierarchy are aiming to stay out of the spotlight amid recent fears over their safety.
Kenwright and other board members were asked not to attend their Premier League game against Southampton in January.
This was due to a ‘real and credible threat’ to their safety amid an increase in aggressive behavior from Everton fans.
Supporters are also planning to stage further protests against Kenwright and owner Farhad Moshiri ahead of their home game against Arsenal this weekend after failing to sign anyone in January.

As a result, Dyche will make his first address to the press as Everton boss on his own on Thursday afternoon.
His presentation will also be accompanied by a press conference before the visit of the Premier League leaders.
Dyche, who was announced on Monday, is also expected to be asked about the Everton protests.
Fans are growing increasingly concerned about the club’s future as they sit 19th in the Premier League table.
Everton were also the only side in the English top flight not to welcome new players during the transfer window.
Their clash against Arsenal on Saturday lunchtime is exclusively live on talkSPORT.
