Samsung has suspended production at its Galaxy S20 in Gumi, South Korea, for a second time Friday after one of his workers tested positive coronavirus, Reuters reported. Production is expected to resume on Saturday.

According to the South Korean news agency Yonhap, this will displace part of the production of telephones in Vietnam and the floor of the Gumi factory where the sick employee worked will remain closed until Sunday.

Last month, the Samsung factory – where its Z Flip Foldable Phones are done – was closed for a weekend after an employee in his wireless division fell ill. Six people working at the Gumi plant complex have contracted the disease, Reuters noted.

The new strain of coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2, causes pneumonia and was discovered in Wuhan, China in December. He has now infected more than 98,000 people and killed nearly 3,400 people worldwide. As of Friday morning, there were nearly 6,600 confirmed cases and 40 deaths in South Korea.

Samsung did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
