- A rumor from Korea says that Samsung is done with the Samsung Galaxy Note series.
- Rumor has it that the company will cease production of the Note 20 series before the end of 2021.
- There are also rumors that the company has no new Note projects.
Now a new report from AND News (h / t 9to5Google) outside of Korea suggests that the Samsung Galaxy Note range could actually be realized. According to the report, Samsung could end production of the current Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series by the end of 2021. This is quite interesting as the company is said to have produced 3.2 million units of the series and the phone. still sells. It may not sell enough to warrant new production.
Since Sammy has already completed production of the Note 10 line, this would mean that no previously released Note phones could be produced from 2022.
The report also supports the idea that there may not be a new Note phone at all in 2022. Apparently, Samsung has no Note phones on its 2022 schedule.
If there were any doubts about the end of the Samsung Galaxy Note line, this article seems to thwart them.
Of course, there is still the Galaxy S22 Ultra. According to leaks and rumors, it will essentially be a Galaxy Note phone, with an S Pen slot. It just won’t be named after the note.
Pour one for the Samsung Galaxy Note range. It was a good race.
