The home tab displays all the important stats you need on rectangular cards, and it’s easy to see your progress towards objectives at a glance. The Together tab lets you host friendly competitions with friends and family, while the Fitness tab is home to workout programs and fitness-related content.

Google Fit is a better option if you don’t have a Samsung watch, as it’s much easier to sign in with your Google account than to create a Samsung account.
