The launch of the Samsung Galaxy A02 appears to be getting closer as the phone has seen a lot of leaks in recent weeks. The handset had already achieved numerous certifications around the world, including the Bluetooth SIG certification. We have now spotted the Samsung Galaxy A02 receiving NBTC certification in Thailand. The listing not only reveals the model number SM-A022F / DS, but also confirms the marketing name. The certification document shows that the Samsung Galaxy A02 will support dual SIM and 4G LTE connectivity only. That’s about all that comes out of the NBTC certification, but previous reports have suggested that the smartphone might come with MediaTek and Qualcomm Snapdragon chipsets depending on the region.

Samsung Galaxy A02 specs (rumored)
Samsung Galaxy A02 specs may include the MediaTek MT6739WW / Snapdragon 450 SoC paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, but we can expect variants with slightly higher RAM at launch. It is likely that the Android 10 operating system will start immediately. We expect the phone to run on Android (Go Edition). The device can hold a 5000mAh battery (rated capacity 4800mAh) and a standard charging stand. While other specifications remain in the dark, speculation is rife that the phone might come with a 5.71-inch display with Infinity-V notch and at least two cameras on the back.
Besides, the Samsung Galaxy M02 is also in preparation alongside the Galaxy A02. He should come with the Snapdragon 450 SoC paired with 3 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage and the Android 10 operating system. The phone will have a slightly larger 6.5 inch HD + display and a 5,000 mAh battery. The Galaxy M02 is designed to accommodate two 13MP cameras on the back. While the Galaxy A02 and M02 have been constant visitors to the rumor mill, the exact launch date is still a mystery. We can expect Samsung to announce the phones in the coming weeks.
