Sam Frost said she “enjoyed having boobs for the first time in her life”, but ran out of “sashimi and red wine” during her pregnancy.
The former Home and Away star posted a photo on Instagram on Wednesday that showed her exploring Mothar Mountain Rock Pools in Queensland’s Sunshine Coast wearing a bright red bikini top and cream shorts.
Hiding her bump, the 33-year-old pulled the shorts up to her waist as she negotiated the rocks, tying her hair in a low, neat bun.

To complete the look, the actress added a pair of black sunglasses and accessorized with bright orange nail polish.
‘Sashimi and red wine are missing. I love having boobs for the first time in my life,” she joked in the caption.
Sam and her fiancé Jordie Hansen recently moved to Noosa in Queensland awaiting the birth of their first child.
“We thought it would be a beautiful place to raise our baby boy,” she said in an Instagram caption.

It comes after Sam documented her first 17 weeks of pregnancy in a lighthearted TikTok video.
She thanked her fiancé for making her feel ‘extremely loved, supported’ and still sexy despite her unpleasant symptoms.
In the video, she posed in a Super Mario Bros. t-shirt. while text bubbles describing her pregnancy issues appeared around her.

“Yesterday I threw up so much that I also wet my pants,” she wrote, before admitting that “it wasn’t the first time” that this had happened.
“I sat on the bathroom floor crying, all disgusting in my own spit and pee,” she added. “Then I yelled at my partner like it was his fault.
“He responded by buying me Red Rooster, hugging me and reassuring me that I had done an amazing job raising our little boy.”
She continued in the caption, “Fun things about pregnancy that no one tells you about.”
Formerly single Sam got engaged to her Survivor star boyfriend in May after just five months of dating.
She had already sparked engagement rumors when a photo of her with a wedding ring at a hen party circulated on social media.
