‘This skin doesn’t look or feel good’: Sally Morgan, 69, reveals she has facelift and liposuction after losing 16.5 STONE on her shedding journey weight
Sally Morgan has revealed she is undergoing a facelift and excessive skin removal after losing 16.5 stones on her weight loss journey.
The 69-year-old television medium began her transformation more than a decade ago after tipping the scales at 27 stones in 2009 when she underwent gastric bypass surgery.
In a new interview with Closer Magazine, Sally revealed that she goes under the knife to remove her loose skin, admitting that she started noticing it more because she wasn’t wearing locked out makeup.

In an attempt to hide the loose skin, she said she tried wearing scarves and sweaters to cover up, but still felt embarrassed.
She explained, “ My neck is just skin. It doesn’t look good and it doesn’t feel good. ”
In addition to the facelift, the former Celebrity Big Brother contestant also undergoes liposuction around her hips.

In 2009, Sally weighed 27 stones, with doctors warning her that she would die if she did not go under the knife.
She opted for gastric bypass surgery and the weight loss surgery proved to be successful as she went from a size 32 to a size 12/14.
She vowed that her next surgery would be the last so she wouldn’t become obsessed with getting better surgically.

Sally – who has three children with husband John – said she never stopped feeling attractive as a taller woman and that she lost weight purely for health reasons.
She told the magazine: ‘When I was a taller woman I always felt sexy, my husband never rejected me and he always loved me. We had our very passionate moments, wink wink! ‘
Despite this, she said her next round of weight loss procedures would be the “ icing on the cake. ”
Speaking previously to MailOnline about her weight loss surgery, Sally said: ‘I had a little heart attack. And if I hadn’t lost weight… my cardiologist said you had to have surgery or you would die, ”Sally explained.
The star then underwent gastric bypass surgery, which ultimately resulted in her losing a massive 16.5 stone.
“I was very happy at 27 stones because I love the food! she said. “ I married someone who has always loved me, no matter what size and never had a problem with the physical side of my marriage, it never stopped that. The only thing that got in the way was my life.
“People loved me when I was growing up. So much so that people would come to the show and say “oh you’re not the same” and I’m exactly the same.
“I always tell them, ‘but I’m alive. I have grandchildren and I want to see them grow up, go to college and hopefully have babies.’ Which I would not have done if I had remained a stone. This cardiologist saved my life.
