But, Cricketer Ryan Sidebottom, 42, was able to marry his almost two-year-old girlfriend Madeleine Costigan, 40, in a lavish ceremony at Charlton Hall in Northumberland, just days before the mass rallies in the UK Uni are not officially advised.
The Dancing On Ice star said he felt “ so lucky ” that their marriage could have gone on despite the coronavirus pandemic, but their honeymoon was canceled.

Ryan said hello! magazine: “We feel so fortunate that we were able to celebrate our wedding as we had planned. It was a wonderful day.
“We really feel for the people who had to postpone. But there is a bigger picture. People’s health is more important than anything. “
Jane Danson of Coronation Street and athletes Liam Plunkett, Alex Tudor, best man James Middlebrook and bailiff David Bates attended the ceremony.
Ryan said, “It was such a special day for the two of us – the most incredible day from start to finish.”

Event organizer Maddie added, “The place was inspired by Alice in Wonderland. We are full of fun and a little crazy. We are these embarrassing parents.
Their wedding also marked Maddie’s 40th birthday, which she says made the day so much more memorable.
The mother of a child said, “ It made it even more special. And that means Ryan will never forget our anniversary.

Ryan Sidebottom started dating Maddie in the summer of 2018 when she was still married and lived with her ex-husband.
She told the Sun at the time that she and her ex-husband were on the verge of a divorce and that she was already planning to move after selling their house for £ 500,000.
Before Ryan started a relationship with the mother of a child, Maddie, he had broken up with his ex Kate after nine years of marriage.
The separated couple share two children: their daughter Indiana Nell and their son Darley Jack, while their new wife Maddie is the mother of a child.

Meanwhile, Ryan previously admitted that his stint on Dancing on Ice in 2019 was the “ hardest thing ” he had ever done.
He said, “ Make no mistake about it, it’s certainly the hardest thing I have ever done, but it’s so much fun and I got great support from the audience with lots of lovely messages on Twitter and Instagram. ”
He also revealed that his skating fame had surpassed anything he had known before.
Ryan shared: “ It’s weird, you are known for playing cricket, but now it seems that ‘Dancing On Ice’ is more important and it is quite difficult to get an idea.
“People have been very kind and supportive and that means a lot. Skating is really difficult but I really enjoy the ride and I’m just trying to do my best.
