The Ruf Rodeo Concept is the German brand’s reinterpretation of classic Porsche 911 Safari rally cars, as reported Motor fan from Japan. This unique model has a robust style with wider wings and lots of additional equipment for a trip to the desert. The vehicle was originally scheduled to debut at the Geneva Motor Show, but the cancellation of the event ruined this plan.
Ruf does not offer specific engine details for the Rodeo. The model has all-wheel drive, however, for better off-road traction. The company is also revising the suspension to increase the ride height and adapt the all-terrain tires for better grip.
The Ruf Rodeo shares the carbon fiber monohull with the current CTR Anniversary and SCR. For added safety for the occupants, there is also a safety cage hidden behind the padding above the pillars.
The front is inspired by Porsche 911 rally cars because of the circular fog lights on the hood. A bullbar and a metal grid protect the fascia. A roof rack provides additional storage space and has additional LED lights. The small shovel on the rear deck is probably not too functional but looks good.

Ruf offers only one image of the interior. The Rodeo has chairs with a pattern in the central section which is inspired by Native American art from the southwest and dark brown bolsters on the outside. The company’s promotional images also feature a set of custom high heel cowboy boots with the Rodeo logo on the calf.
While the Rodeo is a concept at the moment, this vehicle seems viable for production. As a boutique automaker, we think showing up in Ruf with enough cash could get you one.
