Rihanna and a farmer in County Down are parting ways after a misunderstanding during music video production.
Singer Rihanna is shooting a music video for “We Found Love” in Northern Ireland. She was spotted filming in a field owned by Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) adviser Alan Graham in Bangor, County Down.
Alderman Alan Graham explains that the filming on his property took place with his full permission, but he believes that the manager did not fully understand his expectations regarding the filming.
Alan Graham was initially comfortable with the content of the clip. However, when the shoot moved from an area off the main road to another more secluded area,
I felt unhappy and uncomfortable with what was happening on my land.
He felt compelled to ask the production crew to stop filming because,
The young lady in question stopped dressing appropriately.
Alan Graham has spoken to Rihanna about his concerns, but will not reveal the details of their conversation. Rhianna is widely known for her 2007 hit “Umbrella”, but until the incident on her land, Alan Graham was unaware of the singer or her music. He congratulates Rihanna on her kindness and they both broke up on good terms.
I wish the lady and her friends no harm.
