Rolls-Royce Cullinan by Carlex Design takes opulence to the next level

Carlex Design is a tuning company known primarily for its non-traditional approach to redesigning luxurious and classy vehicles from various brands. One of the company’s model ranges is dedicated and inspired by yachting culture and now there is a new member joining this range. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the Rolls-Royce Cullinan Yachting Edition, perhaps the most opulent SUV we’ve ever seen.

The Cullinan follows a similar design recipe to the Land Rover Defender Yachting Edition unveiled two years ago with a silver finish to sections of the vehicle’s body, including fenders, doors and bumpers. The hood, grille, roof, pillars and other smaller details, in turn, are finished in black. Carlex says the two colors are “contrasting, but perfectly matching.” Massive 22-inch five-spoke alloy wheels with a custom design complete the design changes on the exterior.

If you struggle to get the yachting vibe from the outside, the inside will probably put you in the right mood. The Cullinan’s cabin was almost completely redesigned with molded seats in the same silver color as the exterior. Silver accents can be found on the dashboard, door panels and center console, while contrasting orange leather covers sections of the dashboard, pillars, armrests, steering wheel and others. With the help of the wooden decoration, says Carlex, “the Yachting Edition will definitely conquer the hearts of lovers of luxury and sunny marine spirit”.

No changes are reported to the engine under the hood, but that’s not unexpected since Carlex Design – as the name suggests – mainly focuses on visual changes. That means the 6.75-liter twin-turbo V12 is stock, capable of producing 563 horsepower (420 kilowatts) and 627 pound-feet (850 Newton-meters) of torque. This power reaches all four wheels through permanent four-wheel drive and a ZF-sourced eight-speed automatic gearbox.

If you want to know how much the Yachting Edition package from Carlex costs, you will need to contact the Polish tuning company. There is no pricing information currently available, but you can express your interest at the source link below.
