The Georgia spread landed in the market for $ 7.5 million. The A-lister faces a heavy load with a potential sale and is ready to take a loss. He bought the place in 2019 for over $ 9 million.

Built in 2003, the 15,000 square foot main house has eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms, and features wide planks, antique walnut floors, stone fireplaces, high ceilings and natural light.

It is not clear whether the “Fast and Furious” actor spent time at this property during the short period of his ownership.
While he owned the place, he rented another house near Atlanta, while he was shooting several movies there last year.
