Dwayne The Rock Johnson wants to rock a sale of his equestrian property in Powder Springs, GA.
The Georgia spread landed in the market for $ 7.5 million. The A-lister faces a heavy load with a potential sale and is ready to take a loss. He bought the place in 2019 for over $ 9 million.

A sprawling 46-acre property, the plot is dotted with several buildings and offers a rustic, upscale retreat.
Built in 2003, the 15,000 square foot main house has eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms, and features wide planks, antique walnut floors, stone fireplaces, high ceilings and natural light.
The master suite is located on the main level and opens onto a private flat and detachable backyard. The kitchen includes a breakfast counter, island and stone counters and overlooks the family room.
Additionally, the floor plan includes a den, library, living room, office, gym, wine cellar, and guest apartment.
On the grounds there is a swimming pool, a pool pavilion, two apartments, a garage for five cars and a grass lawn.
The property also has a working 12 stall barn, riding arena with observation deck, haybarn, and an 1867 farmhouse with a historic log cabin.
It is located near the popular Buckhead area and approximately 45 minutes from the Atlanta airport.
It is not clear whether the “Fast and Furious” actor spent time at this property during the short period of his ownership.
While he owned the place, he rented another house near Atlanta, while he was shooting several movies there last year.

Given that Forbes named him the highest-paid actor in the world, we assume he was able to cover the cost of the repair.
Now he will also have to eat a few million more dollars after deciding to let go of the equestrian estate for much less than he buys it.
