He continued: “It’s always brought up and it’s disrespectful to her, disrespectful to me and it’s disrespectful to my fiancée.”

A month later, Rob fought back in Paris.

Asked about Paris’ short-term memory on the AACTA Awards red carpet shortly after, Rob responded in a similar vein, asking “who?”

Near the end of the interview, Fitzy asked if she was in a relationship, and Paris replied, “I’m very single.”

But when he opened up about his affair with “Millsy,” things took a rather unfortunate turn.

‘He’s an old flame, but do you still keep in touch with Millsy? Robert Mills? Do you remember Millsy? He asked.

‘Who?’ Paris said shaking her head, “No.”

Meanwhile, host Carrie Bickmore desperately tried to wrap up the segment, saying, “We’re running out of time, Fitz.”

Earlier that year, Rob claimed he stayed in touch with Paris for a year after their brief romance during an appearance on 2Day FM’s Rove And Sam.

“For about a year we did it and then that was it. We caught up the next time she was (in Australia),’ he said.

They first met at an event at the Sydney Opera House before heading to an after-party hosted by Osher Günsberg.

Then they spent the night at the Hotel de Paris before meeting shortly after the Melbourne Cup.

“We pretty much did everything except (sex) and then we caught up with the races a week later,” he told the Sydney Morning Herald.
