There is a chance for widespread storms in northeastern Ohio on Saturday night – a few could be strong to severe.
Most of the area is subject to a low marginal threat of severe storms, likely between 7 p.m. and 1 a.m., according to Power of 5 meteorologist Remeisha Shade.
Damaging winds of nearly 60 mph are the main threat, but a brief, weak tornado is unlikely.
The rain will linger on Sunday as cool air accumulates with a temperature drop of about 20 degrees.
