Tottenham striker Richarlison is expected to be ready to face Manchester City after overcoming his recent injury struggles.
The Brazilian striker signed for the North London side from Everton during the summer transfer window.
However, his appearances for the team have not been consistent following a calf injury earlier in the season and, more recently, a hamstring issue.
Despite his limited minutes, Spurs assistant Cristian Stellini has revealed he will be ready to face City on Sunday.
He told the media: “Like I said after the last game, Richarlison has a little problem.
“Now he is available. He trained this week and he is available.
When asked if new signing Pedro Porro could be in contention to make his debut, Stellini added: “He could be.
“He is young but he has a lot of experience. He played in a system similar to the one we use to play. He’s an available player, we can use him in two days.
Fans are used to seeing Spurs boss Antonio Conte on the touchline but the Italian will be out of action for a while.
He was diagnosed with cholecystitis and had to undergo surgery this week to have his gallbladder removed, which he says went “well”.
Stellini provided an update on Conte, saying, “We don’t know when he’ll be back yet.
“The operation went well. He is recovering well at home. We have two days before the game and anything can happen.
“The decision will be made tomorrow. We are ready to do anything and probably the doctor who did the operation will have to decide for him. We have 48 hours, two days to decide.
Spurs sit fifth in the Premier League table and will host a City side who are five points behind league leaders Arsenal.
