Teresa Giudice celebrated her 50th birthday without brother Joe Gorga and sister-in-law Melissa Gorga at Tuesday’s premiere of The Real Housewives Of New Jersey.
The Season 13 premiere episode titled New Friends, Same Jersey opened with a preview showing the family drama to come, including Joe and Teresa’s fiance, Louie Ruelas, preparing for a physical fight.
‘My wife is not in the f*****g marriage, fuck you. His family is not in the marriage, fuck them. I’ll bust your f*****g balls,’ Joe yelled at Louie.
“Go ahead,” Louie said.
“Fuck it now!” Joe shouted, banging on the table.

Louie in another preview clip got fed up with Joe and chased after him.
“I’m going to punch him in the face because I’ve got nothing to lose,” Louie said as Joe turned and stood up against him.
“She always wanted to separate us, my brother and me. She got her wish,’ Teresa said in a voiceover as she was shown at her wedding to Louie that Joe and Melissa weren’t in attendance.
Melissa, 43, at the start of the episode, told Joe, 43, that she was planning an 1980s roller-skating party to kick off Memorial Day weekend.
“Anyone who knows Melissa Gorga knows the 80s is my vibe,” Melissa said in a confessional.
Melissa said she invited Teresa because she didn’t want to leave anyone out.
“You’re left out,” Joe said, referring to Teresa’s decision to keep Melissa away from her wedding party.
“Choosing someone who is your only brother’s wife and saying, ‘I’m going to kick you out,’ that’s a big kick,” Melissa said in a confessional.

Melissa told Joe that she texted Teresa to tell her she was fine not to be at the wedding and that everything was fine.
“And she didn’t answer you,” Joe said.
Melissa in a confessional said she “all of a sudden” received a text from Teresa inviting them to her 50th birthday party “on an island with her loved ones.”

“You don’t even want us at your wedding,” Joe said.
‘Really? We haven’t heard from you in two months. I don’t think so,” Melissa said in a confessional.
Teresa was then shown springing from her birthday flowers and balloons as Louie started grilling and making pizza for her birthday party.

Louie’s son, Louie Jr, 18, and Teresa’s daughters, Gia, 21, Gabriella, 17, Milania, 15, were at the party and her parents Iris and Louie Sr soon arrived.
Teresa spoke to Louie’s sisters, Veronica and Jennifer, about getting bridesmaid dresses.
Meanwhile, Joe and Melissa were shown at home discussing Teresa.

“What bothers me the most is how she treated you,” Joe said.
“She just admitted who we really are, which isn’t close. And she says, ‘I have my people here now,’ Melissa said.
“That’s why I can’t answer the phone. I couldn’t go to his birthday party. I’m so disappointed, it’s like, sad,’ Joe said.

Back at the party, Louie pointed out the flowers Joe and Melissa had sent Teresa.
“I’m hurt they’re not here,” Teresa said.
Joe in a flashback was shown in last season’s reunion storming off after Teresa repeatedly called him a “b**** boy.”

At a birthday dinner, Teresa received jewelry from her daughters and Louie Jr and noted that she had told her daughters earlier that all she wanted was for them not to don’t fight and don’t love each other.

She was told the sisters were different and Teresa in a confessional said she now had sisters with Louie’s family who filled “that void that I didn’t have before”.
The season premiere also featured the introduction of new cast members Danielle Cabral and Rachel Fuda, while Jackie Goldschneider and Jennifer Fessler joined the cast as “Friends of the Housewives”.

The ’80s-themed roller-skating party was a hit, except for unresolved tensions between Dolores Catania and Jennifer Aydin.
At the roller skating party, Teresa spoke with Margaret Josephs, 55, and urged her to resolve their differences.
Margaret and her husband Joe Benigno visited Teresa and Louie and after a rocky start they finally agreed to work towards becoming best friends after Teresa issued a rare apology.

Dolores invited everyone over for a calendar shoot featuring the men as part of her charity work.
She overheard Jennifer talking about herself during the photoshoot and confronted her about it.
‘You know what? You and I disagree on what a friend is,” Dolores said.
